About Jake Pryor

Jake is married with 2 kids aged 12 and 14. He enjoys drinking coffee, backcountry skiing, trail running, mountain biking, trampolining with his kids, and hearing people laugh. Celebrating 10 years of providing professional real estate services in 2017. He is passionate about helping people find a place to call home, identify investment opportunities, and seeing families enjoying their Rocky Mountain lifestyles, or embarking on their next adventure in life as they move on. Jake is a licensed Realtor and Associate Broker in the Province of Alberta, has a degree in Philosophy, a Masters in Environmental Policy and Management, and is accredited as a Certified Condominium Specialist with the Calgary Real Estate Board.

Jake’s path to Canmore is not an uncommon one. After falling in love with everything Canmore and its surroundings had to offer while on a short term work visa in 1995, Jake and his wife sold everything they had in the UK and emigrated in 1999. Now, he couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. 

Jake’s clients are long-time locals, Albertan’s relocating or searching for a mountain retreat, and well travelled international buyers who can’t help but be captivated by this unique community.
