Low real estate inventory concerns developers and realtors at February BOWDA meeting. February 11th saw the monthly meeting of the Bow Valley Builders and Developers Association (BOWDA) at Silvertip Golf Resort. Canmore?s single family home (SFH) market has tightened up over the last few months. The resale inventory for single family homes had hovered between 95-105 properties for the latter part of 2008 and the majority of 2009. In the last 4 months of the year 35 of these homes sold. As of today (Jan 13 2010) current inventory sits at 65!
